Cancellation/booking policy
At Rose Glow Wellness & Aesthetic, every appointment is a commitment of time and care — for both our clients and our specialists. To maintain fairness and quality service, please review our booking terms below.
1. Appointments
Appointments can be made through our website, phone, or in person.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking, depending on the service.
You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your appointment is booked.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or change.
Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
3. Late Arrivals
To respect other guests’ time, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled.
4. Refunds
Deposits and payments are non-refundable unless the clinic cancels the appointment.
Service results may vary and are not guaranteed, as they depend on individual skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare compliance.
5. Health & Safety
Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or recent procedures before your appointment. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities.
